Rapinski Wins Cat's Hill Classic!

Saturday May 3th, 2008
Victor Rapinski wins the sprint out of a 5 man breakaway at this week's heated criterium in Los Gatos, CA. With 10 to 15 minutes left in the race and after a series of attacks and breaks, Rand Miller (Alto-Velo Webcor), Ryan Parnes (Metromint), Justin Laue (ZteaM Cycling), Tyler Dibble (Cal Giant) and Victor Rapinski (BPG/Montano Velo) were able to extricate themselves from the peleton for the few remaining laps. Victor Rapinski, beginning his sprint from before the final turn, was able to keep a clean set of wheels to the line.

Team Cycling Jerseys, Shorts and Caps are Available For Sale!

Team apparel (cycling jerseys, bib-shorts and caps) is available for sale. %5 of the proceeds will be donated to Americans for Safe access (ASA) to defend medical cannabis and the ongoing effort to reform medical cannabis laws at the local, state, and federal levels. The remainder of the proceeds will go to support the cycling team.

If your are interested in purchasing BPG/Montano Velo apparel please email bpg.montanovelo@gmail.com and include the quantity and size you would like to purchase. Jerseys and Bib Shorts are "race cut" and made by Champion Systems . We will then send a PayPal money request to you via email. You can pay either by credit card (no PayPal account required) or with your PayPal account.
